Who we are

Lore is run by Shivansh Shrivastava in India ("we", "us"). Questions: shivansh01308@gmail.com.

You must be 18 or older

You need to be at least 18 to make an account or play a quiz. You confirm this when you sign up. If we find an account belongs to someone under 18, we'll delete it.

Your account

• One person, one account. Don't pretend to be someone else or grab a handle to impersonate them.
• Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can open your sign-in links can get into your account.
• You can stop using Lore and ask us to delete your account any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Your content

You own what you post: your cards, bio, quiz and answers. You give us a licence to store, display and share it inside Lore (and in the share images you choose to make) so the app can work. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by you or kept briefly in backups.

You're responsible for what you post, and you promise you have the right to post it.

House rules

On Lore, don't:

• bully, harass, threaten or humiliate anyone. Jokes target harmless quirks, never someone's worth;
• post other people's private information (phone numbers, addresses, secrets that aren't yours to share);
• post nudity, sexual content, hate, violence, or anything illegal;
• impersonate anyone, or spam, scam or advertise;
• scrape Lore, break or probe its security, or get around blocks, limits or a suspension;
• copy Lore's music loops or avatars out of the app (they're licensed for use inside Lore only).

Reports and moderation

Anyone can report a profile. We review reports and may hide content, pause (suspend) a profile, or delete an account that breaks these rules, usually without warning when someone's safety is involved. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we'll take another look.

Music, avatars and credits

The vibes, avatars and fonts in Lore come from artists who've licensed them for this use. They're listed on the Credits page. They stay theirs.

Lore is a beta

Lore is free and still being built. Features may change, break or disappear, and we may lose data (we try hard not to). We provide Lore "as is", without promises that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for anything other users post or do. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Ending things

You can leave whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or shut Lore down, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change applies. Keep using Lore after that and you're agreeing to the new version.
